I'm very sorry that we didn't get to you in a timely manner on this one. I left you a voicemail yesterday and checked CMOS from both on and off campus.

It's one of those databases that can make it appear like you need an extra login in when in fact you don't. You should just be able to access it directly from on-campus and just need the usual Network ID from off campus.

Please let me know if you or any of your advisees are having issues. You can refer them directly to the library too. Hope this all worked out, and apologies again if we left you hanging. Please let us know if you need anything going into the new semester and I'll make sure we get back to you ASAP.
