Our cirrculation policy states "University of Dallas students, faculty, staff, administration, and guests in good standing with the university are eligible to check out library materials. Members of the UD retirement system are eligible for the same level of privileges as when employed. Privileges expire annually, except for emeritus faculty (which do not expire). A library card or valid University of Dallas ID must be presented to check out materials."
Alumni may purchase Guest Library cards at the cost of $40.00 per year. Access to electronic resources off campus is restricted: only currently enrolled students, faculty, staff and administration may use electronic resources off campus. Alumni are invited to use these resources on-site at any of the available public access computers within the library.
