When your requested item arrives, you will get an email notifying you and you can pick up your item at the circulation desk.
Some articles are sent electronically. If it is sent electronically through our article delivery system, then it will say so in the email and you can download it through your online ILL account. Go to "Review Requests," and click on "View/Download Articles." You have 30 days from the time it arrives to download your article.
Some articles are emailed directly to the InterLibrary Loan department. These emails are forwarded to the patron and have either an attached pdf or a direct link to the article.
