Q. How do I limit my database search to only pull up articles in certain journals - i.e. "Journal of Management"

There are a couple of ways to do this. One is to go to the Full-Text Finder link on the library website and then search for the title you're interested in. Then you can search within that journal. Here is the link to the Full-Text Finder:
