To my knowledge the current address Via Dei Ceraseti 12; 00040 Frattocchie, Marino; Roma, NA 00040; Italy is the same as it was in 1970. 

According the UD 2012-13 Bulletin, the Rome program was founded in 1970.  On the UD website, the property was rented from Renzo Pigas.  In 1990 the property was purchased by UD and renovations/expansions commenced.  In 1994 the Rome Campus (Due Santi) was dedicated as the Eugene Constantin Campus.
