As a current University of Dallas student, staff, or faculty member, you may borrow books from other libraries in one of three ways:

  1. Interlibrary loan.  You may sign up for an account here.  The Interlibrary loan department will borrow books on your behalf and have them brought to the University of Dallas library for you to check out.
  2. Obtaining a library card or guest library card directly from the library at which you wish to borrow.
  3. Obtaining a TexShare card from the University of Dallas library, which may then be used to borrow books at most academic and public libraries within Texas.  (Note: undergraduate students are not generally eligible to receive TexShare cards.)
