For most majors, you will need to get the cover sheet from your professor. If you are looking for the English cover sheet you can access it by going to the University website.
From the top menu of the website, select Majors & Programs. Under Majors and Concentrations, click on "E" from A-Z list. Then select English (BA) from list. From left sidebar select Literary Study Aids. Under Aids for Literary Study download Cover Sheet for English Papers.
