Q

How do I gain access to PHD dissertations?

I am currently working on a paper for Dr. Bernadette Waterman Ward's class, Gerard Manley Hopkins. Dr. Ward has directed me to see out a former student's PhD Dissertation about this poet. How do I access these dissertations and can I access them from home rather than driving all the way into Dallas? Respectfully, J. Jeanette Blair

Answer

Remote access of databases is available to currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff with a University Network Account.  You may find the dissertations you are looking for  in the University Library Dissertations and Theses (UD) Database. A digital library in full text of PHD dissertations from the University of Dallas. The link for this is http://www.udallas.edu/library/databases/. Hope this helps you. If you need any more questions to be answered, ask your questions and Libchat is there to help you.
